At both our Raleigh and Durham locations, we have a wide range of kitchen options to suit your specific needs. Choose between a shared or private kitchen space, and a small or large prep booth, and sign a 12-month lease. Don’t forget to check in with the county health department to make sure you have the necessary permitting to operate a food service business, since that is a pre-requisite to getting started!
Move your equipment or supplies into your space and make it your own! With 24/7 access and gated parking for food trucks and vehicles, you can move in on your own schedule and get things set up exactly the way you want.
When you become part of The Kitchen Archive, you not only gain access to a top-notch facility and amenities to help grow your food service business, but you become part of a diverse, vibrant community of passionate business operators just like you! We hope you’ll use The Kitchen Archive as a launchpad to scale your food service business beyond your wildest dreams!
The Kitchen Archive of Durham has a variety of options to fit your business needs, from small booths with shared kitchens to large booths and custom options tailored to your operation.
Just like our Durham location, The Kitchen Archive of Raleigh has space options for small and large operations alike, along with the option of renting a small private kitchen dedicated to your business.
